The health and safety of our customers, colleagues and environment are top priorities at KWx. It goes without saying that we take all RIVM (hygiene) measures to prevent contamination as much as possible. In this e-mailing we would like to inform you about the measures that are important to you as a customer.
Physical meetings with our account managers and other employees can’t continue until April 6. Most KWx employees currently work from home and they are easily accessible by phone or e-mail.

Appointments and meetings
We have also kept visits to KWx in Oud-Beijerland to a minimum. Because personal contact is very important to us and face-to-face meetings are currently unsuccessful, we are happy to speak to you via Microsoft Teams or Skype.
Orders and logistics
Our logistics colleagues are working hard on processing your orders. We will continue to deliver these as usual. We are in close contact with our suppliers to ensure this.
Calibrations and repairs via MeterCare
Calibration and repair of your measuring instruments continues as usual. Our team works in 2 shifts, the accessibility and service levels are not yet affected.
Training and workshops
We try to have our training and workshops take place digitally, whether or not in an adapted way. Participants will be informed. An up-to-date overview of planned webinars can be found on our events page.
Should the RIVM advise additional measures, we will also adjust our measures accordingly. We will keep you informed of new developments.
